CANCELATION POLICY

1. All cancelations made with more than 48 hours prior to a booked tour will be charged a 5 % cancelation fee of the total amount.

2. Cancelations made from 24 to 48 hours prior to a booked tour will incur on a 20 % cancellation fee of the total amount .

3. There will be no refund on cancelations made 24 hours prior to a booked tour .

4. Changes on your tour date made at least 24 hours prior to your reservation date will have no charge, please be sure to contact us at reservaciones@aventurasmayas.com
